Order Processing Timeline

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Made-to-Order / Custom Items: For items that are stitched on demand or require special customization, please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

 

Shipping Within India

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
• Shipping Partners: We work with leading courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and DTDC to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
• Shipping Charges:
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 may apply to orders below ₹999 or cash-on-delivery orders.

 

International Shipping

• Delivery Time: Estimated between 10–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Countries We Ship To: We currently ship to selected countries including the USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Australia, and more. For country-specific support, reach out to our team.
• Duties & Taxes: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Laxmi Ethnics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Packaging & Handling

Every order is packed with utmost care, ensuring that your kurti sets, co-ord sets, kurtis, or tunics arrive in pristine condition. We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible to reduce our environmental footprint.

In case of fragile or premium items, we include extra protective layers to guard against damage in transit.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• A tracking number and courier details will be sent via email and/or SMS.
• You can track your shipment directly on our Track Order page or through the courier’s website.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, some delays may occur due to:

• Remote delivery locations
• Extreme weather conditions
• Public holidays or festive backlogs
• Unforeseen courier or customs issues

If your delivery is significantly delayed or you haven’t received your package within the estimated timeline, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect shipping address
• Repeated failed delivery attempts
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept the parcel

Then:

• We will contact you to confirm the reshipment.
• Reshipping charges may apply.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the product is received back and verified by our team. Shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.

 

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
• Some remote or out-of-service areas may not be serviceable. In such cases, our team will inform you after order placement to discuss possible alternatives.

 

Change of Shipping Address

• You can request a change in shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.
• After the order is processed/shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
• In case of incorrect or incomplete address input by the customer, Laxmi Ethnics will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

 

Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct while placing the order.
• If an incorrect address leads to non-delivery, additional reshipment charges may apply.
• We recommend choosing prepaid orders for a faster and smoother delivery experience.
