Cancellation Policy

At Laxmi Ethnics, we understand that sometimes plans change — and so do preferences. Whether you’ve placed an order by mistake or simply changed your mind, we aim to make your cancellation experience just as seamless as your shopping one.

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your order placed through www.laxmiethnics.com and how cancellations are processed.

 

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

• If your cancellation request is received within 12 hours and before dispatch, we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund.
• Once your order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Note: Custom-stitched, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

 

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the product is shipped:

• Orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
• You may request a return or exchange after delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy.

Refusal to accept the parcel at the time of delivery (without prior cancellation) may lead to denial of service in the future and/or deduction of two-way shipping charges during refund (if approved).

 

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please send us an email at laxmiethnics0@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
• The email address or phone number used during the purchase

Our team will confirm your cancellation via email within 24 business hours, provided the order is eligible for cancellation.

 

Refund on Cancellation

For eligible cancellations:

• If you paid online (via card, UPI, or net banking), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment refund is required if the order was canceled before dispatch.
• If cancellation is requested after payment but before processing, a full refund will be issued without deductions.

 

Cancellations by Laxmi Ethnics

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• There is a pricing or listing error.
• The shipping address is non-serviceable.
• Payment was not successfully processed.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund (if applicable) to your original payment method.

 

Non-Cancellable Items

To ensure transparency, the following are not eligible for cancellation:

• Orders already shipped or delivered.
• Custom-stitched products or items with personalized measurements.
• Sale items or promotional discounts where cancellation is not permitted.
• Products that fall under final-sale or clearance collections (as mentioned in the product description).
