At Laxmi Ethnics, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every kurti, tunic, co-ord set, and kurti set we create. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we want you to love what you wear. However, we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected — and we’re here to help make it right.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through www.laxmiethnics.com. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

1. Timeframe
• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Product Condition
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must be intact and included.
3. Eligible Items
• Refunds are applicable only on standard-size items purchased at full price.
• Refunds are not applicable on:
• Custom-stitched or altered garments
• Made-to-order items
• Discounted or sale items
• Accessories (if applicable)
• Gift cards or promotional giveaways
4. Defective or Wrong Products
• If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images at laxmiethnics0@gmail.com. We will either refund the amount or send a free replacement, as per your preference.

 

Refund Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the source account (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7–10 business days.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification. We will request your account or UPI details securely via email.

Note: Refunds may take longer during high-volume seasons (festive or sale periods), but we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Your return may be rejected and not eligible for a refund if:

• The item shows signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume/fragrance, or damage.
• The return is initiated beyond the 7-day window.
• The tags or packaging are missing or tampered with.
• The product is not returned in its original condition.

In such cases, the product will be sent back to your original shipping address without a refund.

 

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
• You must use a reliable courier with tracking details and share the AWB number with us via email.
• We are not liable for items lost in transit during the return process.

 

Exchange Instead of Refund?

If you would prefer an exchange (for size, style, or product value), we’re happy to accommodate based on availability. Please mention your preference in your return email.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

• Your Order ID
• Reason for return
• Images of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
2. Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions and return shipping details.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed promptly.
